📧 NOC helpdesk

For outages and escalations, mail the support line configured in console Settings. Engineers: use the console's Compose tab so every message is logged to its ticket.

🔑 Access requests

New engineers: open the console and choose Request access. The admin approves accounts from Settings → Cloud.
